NPK Attends ConExpo / ConAgg 2017!

In sunny Las Vegas from March 7 – 11, NPK exhibited an assortment of models from their extensive line of construction and demolition attachments, as well as the Paus MinCa 5.1 mining utility vehicle / 5-man personnel carrier.  Npk's display was well attended each day, and NPK’s staff worked hard answering all visitor inquiries.

NPK’s booth was packed with excavator attachments for any application.  A wide variety of hydraulic hammers were on display from both the PH and GH series, starting with the small PH-07 up through the massive GH-40.  Additionally, various sizes of mounted plate compactors were exhibited with different backfill blade configurations.  In addition to plate compactors, NPK also unveiled their brand new C6-CSD sheet pile driver, the smallest of the three models available. 

A variety of cutting and crushing demolition attachments were also exhibited at NPK’s booth.  From smallest to largest, NPK showed off the following: the K3JR demolition shear, M20 and M35 material processors with varying interchangeable jaws, and the newly improved U31JRA concrete pulverizer now featuring replaceable plates on both the moving and fixed jaws.  New this year to NPKCE’s line of demolition attachments are the demolition & sorting grabs.  On display was the largest model, the DG-40.  This new product was a huge hit at the show, which lead to several advanced orders to be filled after the show.

NPK’s B-6500 pedestal boom was also on display, a product terrific for use in waste transfer stations, refuse or recycling plants, and mines both above and below ground.  NPK pedestal booms can be fitted with either an NPK hydraulic hammers, grapple or clamshell attachments, or a pick for unloading railcars and hopper cars.  This model also caught the eye of J.R. Vinagro Corporation from Road Island, who placed an advanced order for the system.

The final item on display at NPK’s booth was Paus’s MinCa 5.1.  This purpose built mining vehicle is engineered to transport passengers and/or materials for underground applications.  All Paus mining vehicles are extremely customizable and can be configured for a variety of applications, making completing any job a breeze!  The MinCa 5.1 is available as either a full diesel, full electric with battery, or a hybrid (electric drive with diesel engine to extend range) with a variety of other options available as well.
